This casserole is the perfect twist on Enchiladas,
really easy to make and really yummy!
You will need:
Corn Tortillas
(you can use white or yellow- just make sure they are corn)
Ground Hamburger
Onion
Enchilada Sauce
Cheese
First: Cut your Tortillas into triangles.
(I cut mine in half and then take the halves and cut them into thirds.)
Second: Brown your hamburger and onion.
Third: Add your Enchilada Sauce to your meat and onions.(I add about half a can of water as well.)
Fourth: Let boil for a few minutes.
Fifth: Make a layer of tortillas in your casserole dish.(I always spray mine with Pam first - I hate when it sticks!)
Sixth: Add a layer of meat sauce and cheese.
Seventh: Keep adding layers until the casserole dish is full.(I usually do about three layers.)
Eighth: Bake covered at 350 for about 30-40 minutes.(I wait till I see it boil in the middle)
